Mini paver could build the bikeway system on La Gonave

This mini paver works best in walking and bike trails, driveways, sidewalks, and road repair.  They can widen out to 8 ft or more and lay asphalt 2in thick or more.   This could be an option for La Gonave.  Look at how fast it lays down the walking path in this video.

La Gonave has an opportunity to do it right the first time.  Meaning that if the right people get involved and their goal is to help the Haitians to help themselves, then La Gonave could serve as the template for Haiti. Flag of Gonave?

I created the image below.  I will explain why I choose the colors I choose. So three basic color were chosen to represent the future island nation of Gonave, which are yellow, sky blue, and green. I did research on flags, and why colors should be chosen, what colors shouldn't be put on a flag, the meaning of colors, how not to over complicate a flag, and make sure that a made can easily be remember by school age kids. So here it is, and I will explain the colors. First off, the green portion of the flag represents the green lush vegetation of the island.  It also means a land rich with fertile soil which provides the energy of it's people. Could Ultra Light Rail be a fit for La Gonave

In many of the site's older blogs I talk about rail.  Most of the options are light rail vehicles.  The idea is to either connect the entire island by rail of some sort, and possibly start a leg connecting Anse-a-Galets to Pointe-a-Raquettes first.  Light rail is cheaper than heavy rail.  Think of the New York subway system as heavy rail.   Light rail is the type of rail that forms the backbone to Portland and Seattle's transit lines.  Then you have streetcars which are even lighter in weight than a light rail train.  These can look like San Francisco's iconic streetcar, or the modern streetcar that you see in Portland and Seattle.
