Construction of schools and hospitals on Gonave
This has been done on Haiti, with schools where you put in container structures that are assembled together to form a school.
One option that is very similar is modular construction. Basically the entire building is constructed off sight, then the different pieces are driven in by semi trucks and cranes have position different pieces if needed. Not only is this very cheap build, but it is very sturdy and also assembled extremely fast. On top of that it looks very professional.
I have included a Youtube Video link that talks more about this. The school that is being built in the video took 60 days to build, and holds 30 classrooms. The building is a one story building, however multiple stories can be built as well. This can also be done to build a hospital as well. See link below.
